The formula is supposed to be "long-lasting, quick-drying" and have "one-swipe glitter coverage" that has "minimal fallout." The Glitter range does contain plastic (PET) glitter, though it is suspended in a gel-based formula that dries down and has pretty good adhesion, so there's that -- but if you're not comfortable with plastic glitter around the eyes, you'll want to give the range a skip!
The liquid eyeshadow dried down quickly but I felt like I had enough time to blend out the edges or fix any unevenness without feeling like I was racing against the clock, but I would still recommend working on one eye at a time because the formula does fully dried down and will flake off if one attempts to blend it out after that.
The Glitter range was more prone to sheerness and appying unevenly. I could see these working for someone who is looking for a wash of glitter or would apply over another eyeshadow to add some additional glitter/sparkle. On their own, they were a real challenge to diffuse/blend out evenly, and they definitely did not build up in coverage. I would recommend using a flat, synthetic brush to try to lay down an initial layer, let it dry down a bit, and then try a fluffy, synthetic brush to spread out a little.
They had good hold with no visible fallout (to my eye) after 10 hours of wear.
